Kim Boyan - Founder & Editor
Kim has had a successful career in the hospitality industry as a Chef, award-winning restauranteur, sales and marketing manager, wedding coordinator, photographer and food stylist.
In 2002, Kim created her restaurant, “Ishh”, in Sawtell, a beachside town near Coffs Harbour, in NSW.
“Ishh” showcased Mediterranean and Middle Eastern Cuisine and was featured in the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide 2003 and 2004 publications in the first two months of opening.
“Ishh” was recognised with several awards within the restaurant industry, including:
- Winner – Best New Restaurant – Restaurant & Catering Awards 2003
- Winner – Best Speciality Cuisine – Restaurant & Catering Awards 2004
- Finalist – National Restaurant Awards – Restaurant & Catering 2004
Kim’s other project included Temptation For Food, which served as a creative outlet, combining her love of food and photography. Now Temptation For Food has over 24k followers and 3.3M monthly views on Pinterest.
Kim’s passion for food, creativity, and industry experience as a Chef and award-winning restauranteur gives her sound knowledge of the experience customers like you are looking for when dining out or searching for the best latte in town.
