Aromas menus are inspired by seasonal organic produce grown at the Ogilvie Group’s property, Maravista Farm, located in the Noosa Hinterland. Some of the menu favourites include the delicate salt and pepper calamari, slaw and smoked chilli mayonnaise.
Or the light and fresh crab rillette, tomato gazpacho, baby tomatoes, and toasted quinoa. For the main course, try the organic potato gnocchi, tomato, zucchini, eggplant, and rocket, or grilled salmon with lemon cream fraiche, baby cos, and zucchini salad.

Aroma’s signature coffee, The Hastings Blend, has a flavour that feels like home combined with a unique Noosa coffee feel. Coffee lovers will enjoy the rich chocolate truffle flavour with tones of candied citrus and orange and the characteristics of marzipan.
It’s perfect for an espresso martini before or after dinner, or, if the dessert menu is a bit too much, the classic affogato ticks all the boxes.
