Bang Bang’s Asian fusion menu is bursting with fresh and vibrant flavours and a dazzling display of local produce, all beautifully presented.

The menu kicks off with charred scallops grilled in brown butter served with a white soy dressing and lime. The soft-shell crab sliders sing with a crispy tempura soft-shell crab, Singapore chilli mayo, cos lettuce and pickled cucumber on a toasted milk bun.

For something vegan, try the tempura-battered mushrooms, crunchy oyster mushrooms, sriracha dipping sauce and tangy black vinegar. The sticky pork belly is succulent, accompanied by a delicious master stock caramel, herb salad and charred pineapple.

Or try the braised beef massaman, wagyu brisket in a rich and creamy coconut curry, Kipfler potatoes, confit shallots and peanuts. Bang Bangs also has a great range of salads and greens like the Som Tum, a green papaya salad, wok tossed greens and black bean glazed broccoli.

Desert, try the layered passionfruit panna cotta, toasted coconut and vanilla panna cotta, layered with passionfruit jelly. Then, if you still have trouble deciding what to eat, choose one of the four banquet menu options.

Bang Bang has an excellent drinks menu alongside an exceptional reserve wine list and funky cocktails. Our top favourites are The Floating Market – Bison Grass Vodka, plum wine, lychees, aromatic bitters, fresh lime and aquafaba.

Finish Me Off – Organic cacao nib infused Courvoisier, VSOP Cognac, naked hazelnut liqueur, Cointreau and mango espuma. For the spirit enthusiast, order Bang Bang’s impressive House Barrel-Aged Negroni – Roku Gin, sweet Vermouth, Campari, an orange twist, served with below zero liquid nitrogen.
