Bistro C Beachside Restaurant & Bar is on Noosa Heads’ main beach, boasting spectacular views of Laguna Bay. The dining room opens directly onto the white sands’ offering an intimate coastal beach vibe with balmy sea breezes and a laid-back atmosphere that is quintessentially Noosa.
Bistro C has just completed their stunning renovation with neutral tones and a modern contemporary style; it’s the perfect setting for a long lunch, afternoon cocktail, or romantic moonlit dinner.
The menu is inspired by the fantastic local produce of our region, showcasing the changing seasons in creative dishes by Bisto C’s dedicated culinary team.
Start with Grilled Octopus, white bean skordalia, pickled heritage cauliflower, baby qukes and micro herbs or Shanghai Duck and Shitake Dumplings, black vinegar, Szechuan chilli and crispy shallots.
For the main, Confit Duck Leg, celeriac puree, cassoulet of cabbage, smoked hock, black barley, pear, raisin chutney and, sour cherry jus. Or Atlantic Salmon, crispy nori rice cake, miso roasted eggplant, pickled wild cabbage and teriyaki caramel.
Choose a couple of delicious sides: Roast Broccoli with asparagus salad, goat’s curd and toasted seeds and the Crispy Chat Potatoes, and confit garlic and parsley. There is also a great children’s menu with dessert and special drinks for the kids.
For dessert, Roast Peach and lime Pudding, cardamon spiced orange syrup, almond praline, vanilla bean gelato and custard. Or the Raspberry Curd Tart, bitter chocolate ice cream, chocolate, raspberry pearls and rosella syrup.
Bistro C’s extensive wine list offers Australian and International varieties, plus a fabulous selection of cocktails, local craft and imported beers and spirits. Try the Pink Panther, orange-infused gin, passionfruit Liqueur, watermelon juice, lime, agave and aquafaba.
