Copperhead Restaurant Brewery is located on the Sunshine Coast Hinterland in the small country town of Cooroy.
Owners Jason and Sharon Cox have realised their unique vision of a brewery and restaurant combined with a real focus on quality food and beer.
Copperhead is a small-batch bespoke brewery with an ever-changing stable of beers. They have fourteen craft beers on tap, with 7 ‘EB’s’ (experimental batches) to change with the seasons. These ‘EB’s’ will be for the craft beer lover.
An independent, small-batch brewery allows them to make beer without fining agents or preservatives, delivering a 100% pure and unfiltered beer.
Copperhead’s Killer Beer menu has an extensive range of locally crafted beers like Pale Ale, IPA, Saison, and a Barrel Aged Dark Ale, to name a few, plus a variety of Australian and International wines and a great cocktail menu.
The restaurant has a stylish rustic interior and floor-to-ceiling windows, giving a relaxed and chilled atmosphere and featuring an industrial-style open bar and kitchen with contemporary furnishings.
The menu features a range of entrees, mains, desserts, burgers and pizza. Start with the seared scallops, crisp pork belly, miso mayo, pea tendrils or prawn and sand crab cannelloni, saffron lemon butter sauce.
For mains, pork belly, hazelnut buttered carrots, cinnamon honey glaze, pickled apples, radish salad, or stout braised lamb shoulder for 2 with malt molasses jus, mushy peas, roasted carrots, rosemary kipfler potatoes, port onions, mint jelly.
For dessert, order matcha cheesecake, pecan crust, pandanus gel, lychee ice cream or citrus & almond cake, lemon glaze, blueberry and coconut ice cream.
Copperhead Brewery is the perfect setting for wedding receptions, birthday parties, corporate lunches, and dinners, seating up to 130 guests.
