Fiona’s Fancies is located in Noosa Junction, showcasing a range of handmade celebration cakes, wedding cakes, high tea, biscuits, pastries, tarts, and so much more.

Sourcing the best ingredients and handmade baking traditions, from sweet to savoury, whipped or baked, there is something for everyone.

Owner and pastry chef Fiona Williams started her apprenticeship in Sydney and worked with some of the best names in the industry at Luke Mangan’s Glass Brasserie, Bourke Street Bakery, and the Lindt Cafe.

Fiona is fondly known as “Noosa’s Queen of Cakes” with over 20 years of experience in the industry; you can see how Fiona’s Fancies Cake Shop is a favourite amongst locals and a must-visit for tourists visiting the area.

Fiona uses fresh, local ingredients where possible; all products containing eggs are free-range. The highest quality ingredients are incorporated in all products, like Lindt chocolate, Callebaut Belgian chocolate, and the finest cocoa powders.

Each day, the cabinets are filled with sweet delicacies like the Lindt chocolate mousse cake, macarons in various flavours, caramel and white chocolate friands, and irresistible strawberry cream cupcakes.

Fiona’s Fancies also offers a range of savoury food; everything is baked daily on premises, like the classic favourites – sausage rolls, quiche varieties, pies, fresh salads, bagels, and baguettes.

If you are hosting a special event, catering platters can be arranged to make entertaining easy. Fiona serves Little Cove Coffee, and there is a range of hot and cold drinks available, sit down and relax in-store or takeaway.

Whether you are in the mood for pure indulgence, lunch, or a sweet treat with coffee, Fiona and her team have baked something special just for you.

Fiona’s Fancies is open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 3 pm.
