Flo’s Creperie Noosa delivers light, wafer-thin traditional French crepes, showcasing fresh seasonal ingredients, sweet, savoury and gluten-free crepes, perfect for any occasion.
Flo’s extensive crepe menu features salad galettes, vegetarian, seafood, signatures, and sides. Plus, a great kids’ menu, and they offer a separate vegan menu.
Our top favourites are Flo’s Hinterland Harvest, with spinach, feta, mushrooms, and avocado, topped with an egg. For something sweet, try the Fig Jam, with figs drizzled with Flo’s signature salted caramel sauce and toasted almonds on top.
For lunch, the Rainbow Salad Galette, with smoked salmon, spinach, feta, cherry tomatoes, avocado, mixed leaves and French dressing.
Dinner: the Peking Duck, confit duck breast, spring onion, cheese, and hoisin sauce. Or the Prawn Salad Galette, garlic prawns featuring local prawns fished by Peter Lee and his team at Lee Fishing in Tin Can Bay, cherry tomatoes, avocado, cheese, spring onion and a French vinaigrette.
For dessert, finish with Crepes on Fire – The Suze, Crepes Suzette with orange segments, orange zest, caramel sauce, and Grand Marnier flamed at the table.
On the drink menu, an array of cocktails and non-alcoholic cocktails, ciders, beer, wine, hot and cold beverages, shakes and freshly brewed coffee. Flo’s brews on tap are from Noosa’s local brewery, Boiling Pot Co, with their Golden Ale and 22 Patels.
Signature cocktails: try the Champagne Mojito – Pommery Champagne Brut Royal, spiced rum, angostura bitters, lime, and fresh mint. Or the Noosa Iced Tea, French Spritzes, Martinis and more.
Take home Flo’s Creperie tasty buckwheat flour; 1 kg bags are available; you can bake all kinds of gluten-free treats – cookies, chia bread, banana bread, flatbread, cakes, muffins and pancakes.
