Flying West Coffee Roasters opened their roastery and café in the Noosa Hinterland in September 2018. The new space, once known as the ‘Tender Shed’, has recently been renovated into something unexpected.
The style has an industrial, edgy vibe softened with hanging plants, chilled music and timber furnishings.
What once began as a small operation selling coffee at the world-famous Eumundi Markets has now expanded to ‘Flying West Coffee Roasters’, a dedicated roastery producing consistent speciality grade coffee and a cafe serving wholesome food for breakfast and lunch.
With the help of their passionate team, Flying West Coffee Roasters has spent the last 20 years planning and executing their mission of delivering the very best coffee.
Flying West produce a selection of specialty coffees… from single origins to a unique range of blends like Cheeky Monkey, Little Friend and Organic Decaf.
Flying West offers a fantastic breakfast and brunch menu, including vegetarian and something for the kids. Local favourites are gluten-free granola, fresh fruit, and coconut yoghurt.
Flying West Breakfast, local Forage Farms pasture-raised eggs – scrambled, poached or fried, bacon, herbed mushrooms, oven-baked Noosa Reds cherry tomatoes, maple roasted sweet potato on ten acres sourdough.
Roasted Flat Mushroom, Served with fresh thyme, rosemary and garlic, served with a rocket, almond pesto, feta, on Turkish pide, and garnished with dukkah.
Greek tacos with house-made flatbreads, served with slow-cooked lamb, Spanish onion, cucumber salsa, and garlic mint yoghurt for a delicious and healthy lunch.
There is also a delicious range of in-house-made cakes, pies and muffins, and other savoury and sweet options.
The Flying West Coffee Roasters team is incredibly passionate about coffee and prides itself on ensuring that it creates a true coffee experience for their customers.
Open every day, Monday to Friday, 6 am – to 2 pm, and Weekends, 6.30 am to 1 pm.
