Heads of Noosa Brewing Co is an independently family-owned craft brewery located right here in Noosa. Nearly a decade in the making, Heads of Noosa opened its doors in early 2019.
Founded by two brothers, Lance and Craig Masterton, the company has, and always will have, a sense of family amongst the entire team.
Heads of Noosa respect the time-honoured brewing techniques and bring their sense of innovation to create a unique blend that employs the purest ingredients with support for local businesses.
One example is their choice to embrace the challenges of creating the subtle and refined lager style they love. As a result, heads of Noosa lagers spend twice as long in the tank as their Ale counterparts with colder fermentation and more extended maturation, and both the public and professional judges are impressed with the result.
Heads of Noosa Brewing Co have received a slew of medals at the Australian International Beer Awards, including gold for the Summer Dusk.
Lance and Craig decided to bottle their beers, feeling it suited the lager styles more aptly. They invested in a state-of-the-art bottling line in a typical fashion to ensure consistency and low O2 pickup to keep the beer tasting great for longer.
Their big vision, a decade in the making, has been brought to fruition through a relentless focus on quality and by paying attention to all the little things. However, despite the hard work, the team at Heads of Noosa don’t forget to have a bit of fun along the way.

The Heads of Noosa Taproom is the perfect place to soak up the vibe with friends, open Wednesday to Sunday from 11.00 am to 6 pm and on Fridays until 8 pm.
