Our favourite is the pimento soft shell crab, fennel, cabbage, pickled onion, avo crema, aji crema, Oaxacan chilli oil, achiote oil and totopos.
Or choose from an assortment of tacos, organic house-made tortillas infused with fillings of Baja fish, Mooloolaba prawn, chargrilled spiced lamb rump, Bangalow citrus braised pork and slow braised black Angus Wagyu beef brisket.
For vegetarians, the black magic mushroom ticks all the boxes and the kids are not forgotten with tacos or quesadillas to choose from.
