Inspired by modern Mediterranean dining, the menu features local products, using small artisan producers from Queensland, focusing on high-end, premium, fresh, seasonal produce.
Menu highlights are slow-cooked pork belly, palm sugar caramel, puffed rice, sweet corn, lime and Mooloolaba King Prawns, crustacean butter, Aleppo pepper, and yuzu gel.
Organic grilled Portuguese chicken, citrus dressing, guindillas peppers, pickled red onion, lime, and romesco sauce or Miss Moneypenny’s Signature fish pie, Ora King Salmon, coral coast barramundi, mild yellow curry, and squid ink cracker.
