Park & Cove Noosa

Park & Cove is located on the 2nd floor of Peppers Noosa Resort and Villas, nestled in the Noosa headlands and set in a tranquil atmosphere with beautiful views of the National Park.

Third-generation local Executive Chef Andrew Wilcox shares his passion for the region’s vibrant produce and surrounds. Andrew has curated a modern menu that delivers elegance and precision with a touch of the old-fashioned.

Park & Cove’s seasonal menu is designed with a commitment to genuine provenance. All produce is sourced and foraged right here from the Sunshine Coast and Hinterland, resulting in an impressive dining experience of unique flavours and textures.

Park & Cove has been officially awarded the Snail of Approval accreditation and is proud to be part of the Slow Food Noosa network. The menu showcases creative dishes beautifully presented on hand-made ceramics by local designer Kim Wallace.

The drinks menu has a great selection of wines from the South Burnette and the Granite Belt Regions, as well as expertly blended cocktails, top-shelf spirits and an impressive array of local beers on tap.

Choose something from the cocktail menu like the Blood Orange and Davidson Plum Negroni with Wolf Lane Davidson Plum Gin, Vermouth, Blood Orange, and Davidson Plum.

From the bar menu – Tasty Cassava Fried King Prawns, served with a red curry dipping sauce and Barramundi and Crab Toast, topped with spicy chilli ketchup.

Below are our dinner menu highlights; The Ten Acres Sourdough, served with Lindols Macadamia Romesco and Moreton Bay Rock Oysters, accompanied by a fresh finger lime dressing.

Then a delicate King Fish Crudo, with jalapeño, papaya, drizzled holy basil, myrtle oil or the Crispy Duck Salad, with roast beets, puffed wild rice, pomegranate, and baby leaves.

For Mains, the tender Seared Beef Picanha, grilled spring onion, chimichurri, baby qukes, and sorrel is simply divine or the Daily Fish grilled with Lindols macadamias, chilli, lemon Aspen butter, and seasonal market greens. For sides Raw Zucchini Ribbons, edamame, sugar snaps, mint, lemon, and labneh dressing.

For Dessert, a gorgeously textured Daintree Chocolate Melting Moment, with milk sorbet and caramel. Or the Sticky Pineapple Tamarind Pudding, with vanilla chantilly and a lime caramel, is truly sublime.

Children have their own dedicated Little Foodies Menu – they can enjoy a Park & Cove juice, a choice of main, and they can watch their dessert created from the special Happy Pops Dessert trolley.

Park & Cove also host Seasonal Food Supplier Dinners, where you can meet the producers dedicated to working with the land with their heart and soul, offering a unique paddock-to-plate experience for guests.
