Pomona Distilling Co is a small-batch boutique distillery with a Bistro and Garden Bar located on the main street of Pomona.
This community-focused venue boasts indoor and outdoor seating with a beautiful Arbour made from reclaimed rustic timber with a shady garden alcove with green leafy plants and fresh flowers on the tables.
The Garden Bar area is a multi-purpose space with Art Gallery, outdoor Tap House, Cellar, and Vat Room where you will experience a great vibe and a friendly, casual and relaxed atmosphere with live music on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
There are various seating options, long timber tables for larger groups, bar tables and shady umbrellas where you can bring your furry friend as this area is dog friendly.
You’ll find unique hand-crafted blends of premium spirits to taste and purchase, including the famous Pomona Signature Dry Gin, Orange Citrus Gin, Pink Gin, Vodka and a variety of flavoured Liqueurs.
The Garden Bar has an extensive array of drinks with signature cocktails, Gin, Vodka and Liqueur tasting paddles, wine and craft beer from our local breweries in Noosa and the Sunshine Coast.
The bistro menu is classic and earthy, with a few ingredients kissed by smoke and flames, and showcasing the best seasonal produce from the community’s paddock to plate.
The menu has a great range of share plates, mains, sides, desserts and kids’ menu, all served with a generous dose of Pomona hospitality.
Try the delicious BBQ beef brisket spring rolls, Jack cheddar and American mustard dressing. Or the Citrus Gin, beetroot cured salmon, horseradish cream, and dill pikelets.
For mains, the classic chicken parmigiana, wood-smoked leg ham, Napoli, mozzarella, garden salad, chips and aioli. Or the 250g Black Angus Riverina Rump Steak, beef fat roasted potatoes, garden salad and peppercorn sauce.
If you have room for dessert, try the peanut butter cheesecake, blueberry jam, and oreo crumble, or the coconut milk panna cotta, raspberry compote, macadamia and rose floss.
