Pomona Distilling Co focuses on the artisan methodology, mindfully sourcing local, sustainable ingredients and native botanicals to produce a distinct flavour that embodies the Pomona spirit.
Master Distiller and owner Robin Yates is passionate about the alchemy of spirits and has the vision to create a distillery that brings the community together.
The aim is to use locally sourced products where possible, except for juniper berries which come directly from Eastern Europe; this is the highest quality juniper that creates their signature gin flavour and smooth finish.
Pomona Distilling Co specialises in small batch production, enabling them to select, distil, blend and taste each bottle before hand-bottling and labelling.
This allows the botanical’s unique flavours to infuse and blend with pure Pomona water, creating a premium quality product that reflects creativity, character and community spirit.
The delicious range includes the popular Pomona Signature Dry Gin, Orange Citrus Gin, Pink Gin, Blue Gin, Peppercorn Gin, Gin PDC Black, Navy Strength Gin and Christmas Gin with flavours of cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, cloves, orange peel and raisins.
Also, there is Pomona Signature Vodka and Chilli Vodka and a variety of Liqueurs, with flavours of Chilli & Ginger, Coffee, Zesty Limoncello, Turkish Delight, and Honey & Macadamia.
You’ll find a friendly and relaxed atmosphere in the Garden Arbour with Art Gallery, outdoor Tap House, Cellar, and Vat Room.
The Garden Bar has an extensive array of drinks with signature cocktails, Gin, Vodka and Liqueur tasting paddles, wine and craft beer from our local breweries in Noosa and the Sunshine Coast.
The Bistro menu offers share plates, the classics, grills, sides, desserts, and a kids’ menu, all served with a generous dose of Pomona hospitality.
The venue has been designed to accommodate all functions with six unique event spaces, from product launches to special occasions, weddings, and corporate events.
