For mains, Roast Kinross station lamb rump, honey miso carrots, black barley, mustard greens and tahini. And the Cooktown Coral Trout, asparagus, dressed potato and saffron butter.
Dessert, try the delicious vanilla bean pann cotta. mango, passionfruit, mango ice cream, macadamia crumble and coconut wafer or the basque cheesecake, raspberries, lemon curd and toasted meringue.

Few venues in Noosa can offer the intimacy of a private dining room. The Rumba Wine Bar features a climate-controlled cellar and offers the intimacy and warmth of a private bar with plush furnishings.
Inside this cellar, under a separate key, are the world’s finest wines, including labels such as Henschke, Penfolds Grange, Salon, Chateau Margaux and a vintage selection of Domaine Romanee Conti. The private dining room can accommodate up to 24 guests.
If you are at the main beach in the morning and need a well-earned espresso, the beachside Coffee Cart is open from 7 am to 11 am, serving coffee daily.
Sails Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner from 12 noon, seven days a week.
