Reflecting on Season Restaurant’s unique seaside location, Chef Andrew Tomlin creates a seasonal menu, naturally a strong focus on fresh seafood. Season menus showcase the best local produce, offering exciting flavours and textures, all presented beautifully on the plate.
On the lunch menu: Karaage squid, spring onion kimchi, togarashi and mayo or the confit duck leg, celeriac cream, poached pear, walnut, witlof, fromage blanc and brik pastry.
For dinner, to start, the sashimi of kingfish with mandarin, mirin, cucumber and fennel, then char-grilled eye fillet, potato rosti, chive, garlic butter, spinach, shimeji mushroom and jus.
If you have room for dessert, coconut panna cotta, pineapple granita, lychee, lime, and coconut macaroon crumb or the strawberry, rhubarb and elderflower tart, with vanilla bean creme.
