Choose between a Feasting Menu, shared-style dining or an Alternate Drop three-course menu. Couples also have the choice of Menu additions, for example, canapes, oysters, antipasti and cheeseboards.
Here’s a taste of what’s on the menu: Quaglia – Confit quail, Jerusalem artichoke, hazelnut, and grappa jus or Gamberoni – Mooloolaba prawn’ chorizo’, crispy school prawns, cucumber, and dill dressing.
Agnello – Roasted lamb rump, peperonata, fregola, Maravista Farm bitter greens, and onion jus or Pesce – Market fish fillet, confit fennel, braised leek, and Yandina ginger vellutata.
Dolci – Coconut pannacotta, berries, toasted coconut, blueberry sorbet or Tiramisu – Whipped mascarpone, coffee-soaked savoiardi biscuits, Marsala liqueur, and chocolate dust.
Wedding cakes can also be organised with Locale Noosa with delicious flavours of chocolate, vanilla or tiramisu. You can order small, medium and large, and all cakes are served with seasonal fruits and fresh cream.
