Guests can enjoy a sample menu like Grilled Prawns, saffron rice, coconut milk, jalapeno, lime, tequila broth, coriander and chilli. Mushroom and Goats Cheese Sourdough, caramelised walnut, onion butter, dates and vincotto.
Then, Cone Bay Barramundi, potato and leek gratin with grilled prosciutto wrapped asparagus and macadamia pesto. Beef Cheeks, shitake mushrooms, Asian sauce, miso sweet potato mash, wasabi butter snow peas and coriander.
For dessert, Apple Pie, salted caramel and vanilla bean ice cream and Sticky Date Pudding, hot chocolate fudge and vanilla bean ice cream.
