Zibros Restaurant, Bar and Cafe offers a Sicilian-inspired menu, drawing inspiration from the rich culinary traditions of Sicily.
Located in the heart of Noosa Junction with a variety of restaurants, bars and cafes and offers a great entertaining vibe.
Dario and Alessio Zichichi are co-owners of Zibros, Dario manages the restaurant and Alessio is head chef. They started their professional journey working in restaurants from the shores of Sicily to the vibrant culinary scenes of London, Corsica, Rome, St. Moritz, and Sydney.
Zibros serve First Batch Coffee Roaster’s Noosa Blend and Tea from the Organic Teashop in Noosa.
On the drinks menu, there is a range of smoothies and fresh juices and you can indulge in a glass of a Mimosa, Rossini or Bellini. From the bar, there is a good selection of wine, spirits, craft beer and signature cocktails.
On the breakfast and lunch menu; Jack’s Eggs, Sicilian-style scrambled eggs, tomato, onion, oregano, and chilli. Or the Hot Pot, eggs poached in mixed beans, crispy bacon, parmesan, and olive bread.
Try the Zibros Sharing Boards – Eggs your way, salmon, avocado, halloumi, hash browns, asparagus, seaweed salad, grilled tomato, and baby spinach with a choice of sauces and bread.
Bruschetta, with sundried tomato pesto, stracciatella, anchovies and basil oil or the Zibros Club Sandwich.
The dinner menu kicks off with Prawn Toast, with white and black sesame or the Sicilian Caponata with Mooloolaba prawns.
Swordfish Involtini, bread, sultanas, pinenuts, red onion, fennel and saffron puree. Gnocchi, basil, smoked tomato puree, zucchini, goat’s cheese.
Beef Fillet, capsicum puree, baby leeks, and mushroom jus or Tuna Steak, eggplant, fennel, asparagus, and anchovy breadcrumbs.
To finish, Sicilian Almond Semifreddo, candied orange, and chocolate sauce. Yoghurt Pannacotta, strawberry gel, vanilla, and forest berries or order a couple of Sicilian Cannoli, with ricotta, chocolate, and pistachio.
You can book private functions, special occasions and catering at Zibros and they also accommodate vegan, vegetarian diets, dairy and gluten-free.
Zibros is open for dinner Monday to Saturday from 5 pm and breakfast and lunch Friday to Saturday from 8 am.
