Embassy XO is a modern Asian restaurant and wine bar set in the quaint village of Sunshine Beach. The cuisine weaves its way through China and Southeast Asia’s provinces, balancing flavours, textures, and exciting spices. Delicately fusing modern Asian and Chinese fine dining. Executive Head Chef James Wu offers an impressive menu featuring locally sourced seasonal produce and many vegetarian and vegan dishes. Dinner can be experienced in two ways: a 5-course set menu with an optional wine pairing or by ordering individual dishes from the a la carte menu, where plates are designed to share.

Sumi Open Kitchen is a Japanese kappo charcoal grill tucked away in the corner of the Pavilion in Noosa Junction. Owner and Chef Giles Hohnen, says “It’s our answer to growing interest in Japanese food, and it all starts with design, clean lines integrating comfort and function”. The menu is updated according to seasonality and availability of fresh local produce. They offer “trust the chef” two set menus, with four and six courses to choose from, and you can select organic sake pairing with each course.
