Bask Restaurant

2 Chefs Hat – Rating 14

Bask Restaurant is an exquisite dining experience showcasing the paddock-to-plate philosophy. Owners Jack Madden, “Chef”, and Jess Coolican opened in 2021 in Eumundi and quickly gained fame for its locally sourced seasonal menu and renowned “Long Lunches.” Bask offers an ever-changing menu beautifully executed to showcase the best of our region’s locally sourced seasonal produce. A curated wine and cocktail menu changes frequently to reflect Jack’s crafted seasonal menu.

Sum Yung Guys

Sum Yung Guys are located in Noosaville. Showcasing Modern Asian Fusion with flavours from Southeast Asia. Sum Yung Guys are all about sharing great food and drinks with friends and family with a menu crafted to be shared. Naturally, a strong focus on local seasonal produce from the land and sea. The fully licenced bar has a superb range of signature cocktails, spirits, local craft beer, sake, and Australian and international wine. The Sum Yung Guys team are committed to serving up honest and seriously tasty, and flavourful food that we have all grown to love.

Locale Noosa

Locale Noosa is located at the top end of Hastings Street, surrounded by lush gardens, and just a few steps away from the golden sands of Noosa Main Beach. Drawing heavily on Italian tradition, Locale Noosa offers a seasonally changing menu celebrating local produce from its own culinary garden, Maravista Farm, located in the Noosa Hinterland. Locale Head Chef Chris Hagan has added his trademark flair to the Italian menu at Locale, bringing a modern twist to the dishes, inspired by the abundance of fresh produce on the Sunshine Coast.

Lanai

Lanai embodies the essence of Noosa’s elegance, stunning surroundings and views of the beautiful Noosa River. It’s the perfect spot for extended lunches, afternoon soirees, or romantic evenings. Lanai is owned by the dynamic couple Ryan and Rashi Fitzpatrick. Chefs, Ryan and Elwyn Watkin focus on sustainable seafood, native ingredients, local produce and crafted artisan products, creating delicious and unique share-style dining. Lanai has an extensive global wine menu, expertly blended cocktails, top-shelf spirits and local beers on tap.

Alba By Kuruvita

Alba By Kuruvita is the new stunning venue for renowned, award-winning local Chef Peter Kuruvita, restaurateur, TV presenter, and author. Alba is situated in the Parkridge Residences amongst lush gardens on Alba Close, Noosa Heads, just minutes away from the Noosa Springs Golf Course. Alba’s natural elegance and a well-designed, multifunctional space match Peter’s signature style, showcasing quality produce spiced with global flavours. 

Rickys Restaurant

Rickys River Bar and Restaurant overlooks a stunning waterfront location on Noosa River with uninterrupted views and gorgeous sunsets. Rickys menus are created with each season and showcase the abundant local produce available on the Sunshine Coast. Head Chef Josh Smallwood’s passion is working with local and fresh seafood. Sourcing amazing produce from Maravista Farm, located in the Noosa Hinterland. 

The Spirit House

Executive Chef, Paul Leete, presents a creative fusion of modern Australian cuisine while focusing on fresh, seasonal produce. Paul combines ingredients sourced with integrity to create clean, thoughtful, and uncomplicated menus. Sails Restaurant exceptional food and service is complemented by an award-winning wine list, where three working cellars house one of the largest wine collections in Australia.

Lucio’s Marina

Lucio’s Marina is a new dining space with a successful Italian heritage that proves a winning combination.
Lucio’s offers waterfront dining with a modern seafood trattoria and an aperitivo bar located on the Noosa Marina
with stunning water views. Lucio’s Marina continues the traditions from Northern Italy, combining Italian culture
and highlighting quality local produce from the land and sea. Head Chef Alejandro Soto has designed a menu that will transport you to coastal Italy with a nod to the original Lucio’s menu.

Noosa Waterfront Restaurant & Bar is an elegant dining experience, overlooking a calm canal inlet of the Noosa River. Noosa Waterfront’s extensive menu is inspired by their Italian heritage: changing seasonally and honouring fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Showcasing modern Italian cuisine, paired with award-winning wines from Australia and Europe. Noosa Waterfront regularly hosts degustation events, long lunches, and winemaker’s dinners, which are very popular with the locals.

Embassy XO

Embassy XO is a modern Asian restaurant and wine bar set in the quaint village of Sunshine Beach. The cuisine weaves its way through China and Southeast Asia’s provinces, balancing flavours, textures, and exciting spices. Delicately fusing modern Asian and Chinese fine dining. Executive Head Chef James Wu offers an impressive menu featuring locally sourced seasonal produce and many vegetarian and vegan dishes. Dinner can be experienced in two ways: a 5-course set menu with an optional wine pairing or by ordering individual dishes from the a la carte menu, where plates are designed to share.

Sumi Open Kitchen

Sumi Open Kitchen is a Japanese kappo charcoal grill tucked away in the corner of the Pavilion in Noosa Junction. Owner and Chef Giles Hohnen, says “It’s our answer to growing interest in Japanese food, and it all starts with design, clean lines integrating comfort and function”. The menu is updated according to seasonality and availability of fresh local produce. They offer “trust the chef” two set menus, with four and six courses to choose from, and you can select organic sake pairing with each course.
